Future
On this page I describe my future plans. The future development direction is shaped by my overall growth from previous learning activities.
During my master I discovered that I am passionate about the specific field of imagination and future thinking. I seized the opportunity to apply my vision in projects and was able to add a personal twist by mixing social design with strategic design approaches. These experiences made me grow into the designer I am today.
After graduation I will be looking for a job to explore outside of the academic world. I am confident that my gained skillset could fit well with a social design studio. However, preferably I would like to deploy my skills to encourage organisations towards a societal vision and social culture by acquainting them with future thinking methods. Potentially, I would work as a workshop facilitator or as an organisational development consultant who uses creative methods.
My ambition is to keep expanding my toolbox and capabilities. A long-term goal for my individual growth as a designer is to confidently create impact in the government with creative methods. To achieve this I should first get to know the ins and outs of public authorities.
In conclusion, I am grateful for my development up until now and I am excited to gain new experiences in the near future.
